WELCOME
The Anglican Parish of Geraldine is a lively and welcoming parish. Our churches are varied, in age shape and size, as are we. So is our worship, and through it God meets us in our everyday lives – where we live and work. Our various congregations include people from every decade, aged between between 0 and 100, and from various backgrounds and places of origin. Everyone and anyone is welcome and we invite you to find friendship and fellowship – whether it be at one of our Services, at Mainly Music or Love-a-Duck, at AAW or at Messy Church.
Please note that two of our churches are currently closed. Holy Innocent’s Peel Forest was badly damaged in the Christchurch earthquakes, St Mary’s church in the centre of Geraldine is currently out of bounds until EQ strengthening work is completed.
Weekly services are now held at 8am at St Mary’s Guild Room (BCP) and 10.30am at St Thomas’, Woodbury (NZPB). Bi-monthly services are held at St Stephen’s in Peel Forest. Go to Services & Activities for details.
